Completed LoU 2 for the second time tonight. I really enjoyed the second play through a lot more than my first play through.

I've now got the difficult task of what to play through next. I've got the urge to play through Bioshock for the millionth time!

Bought a switch for the twins for doing so well at school (both won awards recently), fugg me games are holding their price for it! Got mario kart as that's all they can really handle so far, but looking at mario wonder for them, and Zelda for me when I come across some deals. I know Game have some good second hand in store deals but finding an actual store these days is hard!

Played Cyberpunk when it very first came out, bugs and all. Enjoyed it but always meant to replay it with all the fixes and new features added.

Really struggling to warm to the new FF7, played a few hours but just can’t warm to it so far.

It took me longer than I expected since I'm a massive FF7 fan, but it does hook you in eventually. If you remember the OG, the first part leaving midgar was a bit lacklustre while they opened the story up, rebirth suffering a similar issue. Get to Costa Del Sol and onwards really starts to grab you in.

Got the beach on Costa Del Sol Birdy.

Think I might just stay here for a few hours.

Taken four months and 85 hours of game time, but I finally finished FF7 Rebirth last night.

I was gonna get it the day it came out Duffers but then i fell into playing baldurs gate and never looked back. Is it worth getting or shall i just wait for it to turn up on ps plus? Played the original, done remake…can play some of the sound track on guitar….so pretty well versed ff7 nerd!

Sorry been neglecting the thread. During EAFC24 down time I've got the Jedi Survivor platinum trophy and am now about 30 hours into Red Dead 2, which I'm really taking my time with to take it all in. Near the end of chapter 2 (have played to middle of chapter 3 previously when it was released).

The FIFA (EAFC) game cycle is nearly dead so I'll be able to get back to proper gaming soon.

Yeah it’s good and well worth playing and I think the more you’re into FF7 the more you’ll get out of it. Very much the middle section of a wider trilogy though, not a huge amount happens plot wise.

It’s been many, many years since I played the original and can’t pretend I wasn’t slightly baffled at times.

I’ve been hammering Zelda BOTW on the switch, trying to do all side quests and shrine quests before doing Gannon but am pretty sure I’m already more than overpowered enough to ‘ommer im.

Completed Elden Ring Shadow Of the Erdtree the other week, absolute quality expansion
