The Libertines are doing a 'small venues' tour at the start of next year, manged to get tickets to see them in Leeds. Also going to see The Smile at Academy Brum, Paul Draper in Coventry and Weezer plus The Smashing Pumpkins in Brum.

I'm going to this one. Saw him in Liverpool earlier this year and hearing Six live sounded fantastic. Draper himself really doesn't look like a well man but his voice is still good.

Didn't realise he was still going. It's a shame about his troubles. Mansun were very good indeed before they imploded.

Loved Mansun.  Drapers tour venues in NW not ideal. Think Wrexham is nearest gaff

Picked up a ticket for Nick Cave this morning, someone I've somehow managed to avoid seeing for the best part of 20 years now, and for the lack of trying.

Feels like there's loads of good stuff on June/July this year, although with an other kid due around then I'm having to be a lot more selective with what I go with. We've even had to give Glastonbury up for a year.

Would like to try and pick up a ticket for Green Day at Wembley closer to the time though.
