I find overachieving a bizarre terminology. It sounds like it's a fluke when it's clearly not. I recall a local TV personality who I used to know well saying we were over-achieving when we got promoted under Megson.

If a good manager finding a system that wins games is over-achieving then the league is littered with such teams.

I would also argue we have one of the 6 best squads in the division and the mess ups of Ishmael and Bruce had us under-achieving.

I don't dislike Don as have had dealings with him and he's always been sound.
