Also seems to not like Donald Trump, so hopefully he's the frontrunner not only because he seems to actually have credible backing but also so Mr Marsden fucks off and becomes a Villa fan.

This trio of bidders sounds accurate pre exclusivity, but presumably if the names mentioned are true (and given it's The Athletic there's no reason to doubt they are) based on what bits and pieces have leaked out then the Patel group are the preferred bidder.
