Read the article and it confirms his man management skills are crap.
No discipline, no motivation, No respect, No persuasion, No enthusiasm, No Passion, No Idea and finally NO JOB

Basically, on the Albion part, he said he could see it was a big change of style that was moving in the right direction until Taxigate, he made a mistake sticking by the players involved and then the dressing room said it didn't suit them (the new style of play).

regrets I've had a few, but then again too few to mention...

L'pool away in the cup - the again you had to be there, and we only took 1500 tickets pft.
