As a Queen fan since 1974, last night was magic (if you'll forgive the pun). I sang along to every song. At the end of the shift, I was saying 'work shouldn't be this much fun'.

Nice one Bromley.. some great acts on your horizon.

I've got tickets for Noel (not Stanley Victor) up the Chase on Sunday. I've not seen him before so really looking forward to it.

Saw Fountaines DC at their album launch in Liverpool a couple of weeks ago. After flattering to deceive on their last two releases, Skinty Fia is genuinely seminal. Incredible gig. I had my luggage in the coat room as i was flying out to Porto for a mate's wedding at 3am from Manchester. Got through security by the skin of my teeth - pissed up, stoned and slightly panic stricken.

Skinty Fia is a masterpiece, a strong AOTY contender for me.

Aye it. There were some incredible tracks on Dogrel and A Hero's Death, but also some bog standard filler. I found it quite frustrating.

There's no weak songs on Skinty Fia, it's perfection. I listened to Roman Holiday on loop for an hour on en route to the airport when off my face  Big Grin

It’s the 1-2 of Skinty Fia/I Love You that’s brilliant for me.
