Ah gotcha, also didn't consider time zone issues! I'm in, unless something work related gets in the way.

So dunno what I did to my lower back but it's been wonky for the last three weeks. Usually it's my legs that crumble and set me back to square one so there's some novelty in this at least. I've got a week off start of May so hoping I'll be back in the game by then but it's well frustrating after two solid months of racking up the miles.

Was just thinking it's been a bit quiet on 'ere!
I had a busy few weeks and a stag do weekend that left me sweating beer and some slow times, but just been out for a very warm 10k and a new PB of 54.13 so think I'm back on track. Got a mate who wants me to run a half marathon with him, he does them a few times a month and reckons I'm well on my way and he'll keep pace with me to keep me going. Something to aim for I spose.

Did exactly the same thing picking up a large bag of bark the other week hence my reduced activity. Did manage a slow but lovely run to Ilkley from Menston last Sunday, mind.

3 x 10k this week, and topping our Strava leader board much to my surprise! Gonna start adding a couple of k to my runs here and there to stretch the distance.

Good lad Midge!
Just did 6km and I think my back is recovered now...but will see in the morning. Got a week off work and the weather is great so hoping to rack up some miles this week.
