Cardiff Half today.

1:43:34

Fastest race half, knocking 3:24 off my previous PB.

Absolutely baking out there today. Also managed to twist my hip in the last 0.5 miles, so added on some time hobbling over the line!

How does that work? Allocate a start time and we all hit go simultaneously? Just been out for 1, cold but hot in the fog, very strange.

Just set a date and over 24 hours submit fastest time and compare would be easiest way to go about it but could go for something more precise.
