The ticket site is currently working fine.

Daft question but were you logged in?

If not and you still want a ticket then give it a go.

Along with the obvious TV effect surely our chronic record in the cups over the past five decades has created a demotivated mindset amongst fans, so attendances usually compare poorly with League fixtures. Nearly 25k v Boro, plus 3500 at Brighton and a sell out at Stoke suggest our support is currently buoyant.

The club sets the tone for competitions like this. Unfortunately they clearly don’t value it. We play so many league games, what harm in playing a few extra cup games and really going for it? The potential rewards are huge for a club of our standing.

I am not an accountant, alas. I was thinking more about reward and satisfaction of winning.

We may mock Brighton, but they have been a club taking stride after stride over the last decade.

Exactly - you could tell they’re leaps & bounds ahead of where we are when visiting their stadium, sad state of affairs from our perspective
