We hear that Derby are skint, so you're probably right that they'd have to accept any decent offer.
But no manager can manage properly without the right tools.

More chance of bringing Alun Armstrong back out of retirement, but then again we’d have to pay compensation to Darlington, so not sure we’d even be able to afford it.
