In the autumn I have Squid, Laura Marling, Black Country New Road, She Drew the Gun and Jethro Tull to look forward to.

Great band but no good ale there. I think my tickets are for later in Brum somewhere. Rolled over
That the one at The Crossing? Got a ticket for that one as well. Only been to the Castle and Falcon once. Seemed a decent venue. Whilst the location isn’t great it’s right near the Merry Maid for a pre-gig mixed grill.
Yep, the Mill. Went to the Merry Maid once, a little the worse for wear after watching England win the cricket world cup at the Old Mo. Think the food was ok but, again, shit beer selection. It was a weird mix of people in there that evening.

Just been to Bigfoot Festival at Ragley Hall over the weekend - decent craft beer too!
Primal Scream were excellent and introduced to Bob Vylan - one to watch!

A friend of mine on Facebook said Bob Vylan was one of the best festival acts he's ever seen....and he's seen a lot!

Browsing Academy gigs a couple of weeks ago and surprised to see IDLES tickets for sale. Closer inspection revealed it was actually a single re-sale ticket. Naturally, I snapped it up. Can. Not. Wait.
