Not a programme I watched but Mrs CIM loved it. Bar Dawn French haven't most of the main characters now passed away?

They have, sadly. Just Hugo and his dad left I believe.
We missed it first time round, but love it on catch-up.

I was sure he'd died long ago. Vicar of Dibley has become one of those timeless classics. They'll probably be showing it alongside Dad's Army in 50 years.

His son Harry Peacock is Ray Bloody Purchase in Toast of London.
