Yep, been chasing for the purchase code for two weeks now... Requested to speak to a manager, been told twice that someone will contact me, and never do they. Used their webchat = useless. Tried facebook messaging, guy took my details and then stopped replying to me!

they're Facebook is full of people in the same sort of boat as me, deposit paid, no purchase code received.

This is truly fucking awful.

I had a similar annoying experience when trying to pre-order the new Xbox via the financing option with Game/Smyths. Their websites crashed (understandable), then Smyths started letting people in for a few minutes, took me right to the purchase stage, then said it wasn't available. Fucking fuming I was. GAME to be fair took the finance option away once it had run out.

Ended up forking out £250 with GAME to make sure I got it, and they've been pretty solid so far.
