The new FIFA is a bit shit IMO. It’s insultingly easy to score, been playing on World Class difficulty and as long as you’ve got a quick striker and winger you can 1-2 your way through the computer defences with ease.
Started a career with Arsenal (always start a new FIFA with a big team to get the hang of it before starting my proper game with Albion) - 5 games in and Aubameyang has 14 goals on his own.
Already thinking of chucking it on eBay.

Just had a 7 hour sesh on FIFA 2019 with my nephew, survival mode, Swindon vs Tranmere, most fun I've had on FIFA in years! Can't be bothered buying new versions of it until it really changes again.

I find the FIFA games dull now. I think I'm just bored of football games. Can't beat the Pro Evo games for PS2.

Survival mode is great fun, only really played that local play and online clubs last few years. As local play survival is a bit restricted at moment, with no house guest ffs, just been online club games for me with Fifa21.
Finding Clubs really difficult, not won a league clubs game yet, played about 20. 
Not bothered playing any other modes, playing computer always seems so boring, so ignore that, and can’t be arsed with Ultimate Team at mo. Game in general does seem a lot smoother and more fluid than previous, with my limited experience.

Apart from multiplayer in a room with friends, I've always found football games a bit tedious.

I largely agree. Nothing worse than going online and having the opponent auto pick Real or Barca etc... when we do the local mode we always go random 3 times on country, then random 3 times on the league (if more than one is available) and then 3 randoms on the teams, can't have the same teams.
Makes for some interesting (and not so interesting) games.
Then again I still have fond memories of playing Matchday on the spectrum against my dad!

My lad loves the new FIFA for the very reason that you think it's a bit shit, mind you, in his 'defence' he is a lazy little fucker at times .

We always agree on how many stars we're playing then randomise till that star comes up and you get 3 goes to stick or twist. Glad we're not the only ones who use similar systems!
