Jeff Hendrick has left Burnley after rejecting a new deal... 27, made 30 appearances this year, energetic, box to box player... got a few goals on him too
Nampalys Mendy - box to box player left Leicester
Oumar Niasse - not a bad goal record for Hull and Everton - given our need for strikers
Nathanial Clyne - probably a season or 2 too late really
Aleix Garcia - Classy midfielder from Man City, spent last couple years in La Liga
Maya Yoshida - best part of 200 PL games for Saints

We do ourselves down way too much. We're a well-run club with a good manager. Far more of a draw than some and Birmingham is actually handy place to be based.

Thats not a bad list at all and most would come on reasonable wages. 

Jeff Hendrick would be a suitable alternative for Krov and I would be okay with Nathaniel Clyne as long as he's fit and motivated. 

I think Niasse would okay IF we could sack off HRK and Austin.

That's it, you've just done Villa's scouting for them. They'll sign all of these for £50m, even if they're on freebies!

That would make Wigan want him to sign for us moreso than anyone else, but wouldn't impact his decision at all.

The only way we'll convince him to join us over anyone else is if that extra £100k goes in his (or his agent's) pocket.
