Thank you ever so much Bromley for taking the time and trouble to compile that list.

I think when we are able to attend a game we should all meet up for a pre match drink.  #Ponner’s corner at the vine beckons.

Anyone heard off Soph?

I can't believe Duffers hasn't started an Arcade Fire one.

I’ll do one tomorrow, then get all pissy when people complain they haven’t heard of them.

Might be worth agreeing a few ground rules though.

One thread per day.

Each ponner can only start one thread per week to give as many people a chance to name one as possible.

Nice job BB2 - It's one hell of a list.
One of my main reasons for selecting Scorpions and UH was exactly because no one included them in any debates.
These type of bands do deserve recognition.
I have a few more who I consider special bands of their time, who have not had a mention so far. Don't wait up Big Grin

You'll probably be fine; even I've got all of the Arcade Fire studio albums downloaded and I'm an old bastard. It hurts to write that, but the truth has to be confronted.
