Bristol C could go level if they beat Wigan.

Yesterday and Tuesday really do look a missed opportunity given we have some difficult games ahead.

Even 2 more points and the table would look far, far better.

Wigan just missed a glorious chance for 3-1 with their forward 1 on 1 with the keeper but almost had too much time and fucked it.

Also shocking challenge by Baker for Bristol City. Cut the winger in half, no where near the ball and he gets a yellow. Every bit as bad Fergies yesterday.

We got what we deserved; we are a curate's egg with a lot more of the "good in parts" than the bad but it's not all good egg.  We aren't that much better as a unit than most of the rest; it's tight.

Our remaining 11 fixtures before January, with my points predictions:

Stoke - (a) 3
Hull - (a) 3
Sheff. Wed (h) 3
Bristol (h) 1
Preston (a) 0
Swansea (h) 1
Wigan (a) 3
Blues (a) 1
Brentford (h) 1
Barnsley (a) 3
Middlesbrough (a) 3

That would give us 22 points from the 11 and keep us pretty much bang on target with 49 points going into the new year.

A few tricky fixtures in that run, but that's to be expected. Seems a decent enough stretch of games for us to me.

A side in the bottom 3 up next. Should win that.
