I quite like the look of the line up at Download next year, i'm just not sure I'm up to standing in a crowd for days at a time and camping in a field anymore. Do they do an old mans paddock?

First 2 days look excellent, Sunday looks poor. Download is terribly organised and if the weather is bad it truly is Hell on Earth.

Oh, thanks for the info.  Well I don't think I'm up for hell on Earth these days.

My pal does Jon Hopkins visuals. If see a bloke fucking around on a laptop in the sound booth ask him about his collection of Star Wars figures.

I went in 2016... rained like crazy, fields were flooded, tents collapsed. Made worse by the stewards insistence on making you walk what felt like 2 miles to the stages...and then back obviously. And then at the end of Saturday they opened up a cut through which shaved about 20 minutes off the walk, but then decided to close it again and make you walk all the way again.

Me and my mate were so hacked off that we left on the Sunday as we had no dry clothes and the tent had reached its saturation point.

Got a busy few days coming up at Wembley Arena.

I'm working at KISS FM Haunted House Party featuring Stormzy, Sean Paul and others I've never heard of, Nicky Jam (a reggae artist) and Havasi (a Hungarian classical pianist) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday respectively. Then Rahat Fateh Ali  Khan at the beginning of November (also at the SSE Arena), Ghost at The SSE Arena on November 22nd.

I'm actually seeing a gig that I've bought a ticket for: German/Norwegian/Danish "experimental folk band" Heilung at The Roundhouse on 10th November. Oh, and I'm going to see Devin Townsend at The Roundhouse in December.
