Carrick has experience, did well at Boro but couldn't maintain it. Was well backed too. Could go either way.

OGS, another Daren Moore, would have the players running through brick walls for him, but his teams are prone to defensive lapses and rarely very structured, so be similar to Mason, but with more game management knowledge at least.

Fletcher, no chance, and no idea what he's like as a head coach at all.

I'd be happy with Will Still, dunno if he'd be interested though. As they pointed out on NTT20 the other day he had Soton dominating games, they got rid and brought in Eckert who initially had the new manager bounce but now they're playing far worse than when Still was they're and aren't dominating games like they were.

Russell Martin Big Grin

Imagine him trying to get Mepham, Diakite and Molumby to pass it around in little triangles for 40 minutes

Been bookies favourite for  a few weeks.

4th 8th and 10th at Boro.  Poor campaign that last season after CCesque results in his first season

If Dean Smith turns up I may well buy a cabbage to lob onto the pitch at his first game.

On second thoughts if I lob a fish at him he might well catch it in his mouth and start clapping.
