Proth’s Venice/Trevisio/Ljubljana has inspired me, as I’ve not been to any of them, and also considering a Balkans tour to see Serbia, Bosnia etc and finishing up with some beach time in either Montenegro or Albania.
Further afield, Sri Lanka is on the bucket list so may tie that in with a Goa run, just need the remote working policy to get reinstated!
Got Sri Lanka booked in February, ending with 4 days in the Maldives. Something completely different from what I've done before.
The Maldives are stunning, I just hope you like coconut!

You lot always seen to have your trotters up with "Greetings from Timbuktu" threads whilst peasants like me stay and try to keep up with Rachel's demand for growth to help bored posters keep winning.
I still fancy Chile but I need a much more time off for that, I reckon.
Nam is looking favourite. See it before Trump invades. Anyone encourage me or put me off?
Otherwise it's Swanage or Bognor.
Avoid Swanage.....it's a dog hole

Melbourne has superb Chinese food, (in the Chinese quarter, unsurprisingly!). A ride to St.Kilda is also a nice trip. Most of our party preferred Melbourne to Sydney as a night out.
Sydney has the famous harbourfront but I found much of the city just concrete and glass. Aside from the vista from the harbour, the Rocks had the best pubs (along with Kings Cross although the views there are not as spectacular). Beach-wise, I agree with Bater, Manly is better than Bondi-which I thought a bit of a dump- plus with Manly you get to return on the ferry thus getting the best view of the city.
Also, enjoy your beer before you go, the beer in Oz is so cold you can't tell if it has any taste or not!

Pool shoes, Aldi sun cream, snoozeshade for buggy. Everything else can be bought in resort (floaties etc).

A lot cheaper than the UK too.
Yes - we always took our kids to the Belgian Parks (Sunparks) and saved a fortune - stocked up with Duty Free too.
The one at OstDunkirk I would recommend.
We always went in the October School Holidays as they weren't holidays over there and it was dirt cheap!
Piece of piss to get to a well.
Ferry to Dunkirk then it’s an hour’s drive.
Yes - around 45 mins IIRC?
Easy to leave the park, walk up to the coast and then catch the tram along the coast - Stunning place!
Great bars and beers too!

And it's about 10 minutes on the train from De Haan proper to Brugge

Have you got a plan for your time in Sri Lanka? It's fabulous, but slow to get around.
Just back from 3 weeks in the Maldives. My sixth visit after getting addicted to it in the late 90s.
Don't visit Male, in the unlikely event that you had planned to.
