Josh Maja needs a settled club now and to play some football. He’s played in 5 different leagues in the last 3 seasons, but has plenty of ability if given chances in and around the box.

If we end the summer and Maja is our only striker or attacking signing, I’d be disappointed and accept we will be one dimensional in attack again this year, if we were to sign him and Kieffer Moore I’d be far more confident.

Moore would be a terrific signing for where we are currently, but I think we do need to follow his signing with something more longer term. If it goes to shit this year and we end up 10th it’s money wasted. We need a plan for next summer and beyond.

I'm sure I saw somewhere that 25% of last years premier league managers had managed Watford at sometime.
