Hope he turns out better than all of the other recent loans .seems to me we are loaning players that are no better than our own young kids

I hope he doesn't diminish Whitwell and Bostock's chances of playing though, we still desperately need to develop our own young players and I'm tired of manager after manager saying they're going to do that and then not doing so.

If folk start shouting Jamaldeen Jimoh Aloba at a football match, Tommy Robinson is going to lose his shit.

That made laugh out loud! Top notch. Thank you for making me chuckle for the first time this week.

I've been playing over shoe-horning it into "Karma Chameleon" but it doesn't quite scan.

Most importantly I hope he does well but I can’t work out this obsession the club now has on taking on young Villa players rather than giving our own lads a go. Especially when Dobbin and SIJ have been terrible failures.

Reminds me of that rhyme a bit we sang as kids (it works at least):

Jamhole Jimmy Alobah*
Came back on a Yamaha
Pulled a skid
Killed a kid
And his balls rolled onto a dustbin lid

*Admittedly, I probably spelled his name wrong. But I’ve been doing that with MJ for a couple of seasons now.

I am optimistic after watching the interview, first time for a while that I actually believed the commitment to the cause from a player in an interview, and that include permanent signings.

Just hope he has the ability and opportunity to put the words into action
