Blackburn away 5th August

A couple of years ago under Val the club sold  out tge unitial allocation and were given I think a thousand more on the other side of the segregation barrier. There were no home fans in the stand unlike in previous years.
First time I went to Ewood Park, was in the 86/87 Saunders season when Paul Dyson powered in a late header to give us all three points. The fans were singing "We're going to win the league."

We were going well then - early season.  Think that sent us 5th

Don't envisage any problem with tickets. Albion's allocation is an initial one and Blackburn aren't selling any tickets behind the goal to home fans.

Never made it to Lake Garda myself.  Went to Lake Como twice, driven there and shown around by a very beautiful Italiano of course.  She was my partner at the time.
