Left Foot Forward to usher in Reform

Now that Starmer is completely a hostage of the PLP expect the clattering of cans being kicked even further down the road on every fundamental issues. Expect Brownite managerialism and cap doffing to the Civil Service resulting in no meaningful change. Expect Treasury hegemony and further fiscal strangulation of enterprise.

And expect Reform to romp home as people get utterly sick of it.

This is going the way I always feared it would.

Labour are losing voters/support to the left of the party to the Greens, or soft left Lib Dem’s they aren’t losing many to Reform or Tories. If you don’t want Reform then your least worst option is a broad church Labour not one trying to garner votes from Tories and Reform voters… those small boats have sailed.

Labour are shedding voters on both sides of the spectrum.
