Where has it been said that he's not fit enough to play?

I had read that Ramsey had said he "wasnt up to speed to be in the squad to play yet"
Now i know you cant believe half of what you read today , but it seemed to be backed up by the fact he wasnt in the squad saturday.

That's not fitness he's talking about imo.
