Also, whilst not commenting on the legality of shooting that nurse in the street, there's a few videos emerged of him brawling with ICE / kicking out the lights on their cars in the days running up to his death. Seems the run-in wasn't an isolated incident.

There's also a video showing him getting beaten up by ICE and not drawing his weapon showing he was absolutely not a threat.

ICE has executed two people and we've had character assassinations of the people who were execute, it's fucking pathetic.
