Wot I am watching now

Like most people I loved GOT (except for the the last few episodes) but I've never had any desire to go back and watch any of the spin offs.

HOTD (ooh eer Mrs...) isn't half as good, watchable but it's nowhere near the quality in terms of acting, writing or production.

HOTD was an interesting project, because the novel was written in the style of a history book from several different historians POV. This gave the showrunners plenty of rope, which they seemingly managed to hang themselves with by falling out with Martin.
