You try living here mate. Sooner I am out the better. There is in my opinion, racist undertones to hanging these flags, certianly around here anyway. Although no one wants to admit it.

So the solution to that (at least in the area where Northfield meets Quinton) is to put Welsh, Scottish and both Irish flags next to England and GB flags and declare "we are not racist, we have flags of all countries here".

You'd think that they'd go the whole hog and put up the flags of all Commonwealth nations and not just the British Isles - strange that they 'prove' their non-racism by focussing on predominantly white population countries.
