I watched 28 years later last night, and I'm still left with the feeling that Danny Boyle has finally managed to insert himself in his own arse. It's a bit mad in fairness, and left little explanation of that whole thing. What the hell is Ralph Fiennes doing boiling people's heads is beyond me, he's usually quite picky about roles he goes for.
Not a patch on the first two. And yes the ending, well if thats what 28 years of an apocalypse scenario turns the UK population into then Christ help us!
