Ben Stokes is some cricketer, probably one of the best ever. He’s dominating this test some were saying they should swap his position with Smith. But for me if it isn’t broken don’t fix it. He stays at 6 but it’s great seeing this long tail big lead already it will be tough for India to save this test.

Whilst he's turned it around brilliantly, it wasn't ridiculous to suggest that prior to this series with ball in hand he'd been poor and with bat, he hardly scored a run. If he wasn't captain there would have been far more conversation about his spot in the team. 

However, great players can turn things round and he is a great player. As with most all rounders, when one skill clicks the other then follows suit. Hope he can maintain some form into the Ashes.
