Indeed, and it's wrong all round.
But it's a product of trump's own interference with the judiciary system.
I'd also add that Biden has acted first and foremost as a father protecting his son - why would he stand by and watch an arch-criminal receive immunity for countless crimes against the country whilst his own son would most likely be doing time for relatively minor indiscretions? (I ask rhetorically, it's not aimed at you, KKC).
I totally agree with you, DB. It doesn't make it correct, though. There are loads of laws that need ironing out, but Biden won't do it (doesn't have time, or inclination) and Trump won't. So America is going to be bat-shit crazy for at least another term.
