Thing is Jacko, you may well be right. A couple of lads at work , decent, not stupid, log onto an internet `News Forum`, the news they don`t want you to know etc, etc and believe it. No trust in the normal stuff.
The regular parties, whether you vote Labour, Conservative, LiberalĀ or whatever, do need to do better.
I remember when Trump got elected in 2016, I had been on a night shift, hearing news on the radio, I got home, and stayed up until 10.30 / 11.00 A.M watching news channels. Laura Kuennsberg and Andrew Neill were in Washington, interviewing U.S. journalists / writers / the odd Congressman etc, at one point, Neill told one of them, `Trump won because Clinton fought an awful campaign, she hardly campaigned in some states because she just assumed they would vote for her`.
