If you are conservative by nature, accepting change slowly the anything goes attitude of liberalism without stigma can appear seedy I guess.
After all we live in an era where homosexuality is very much publicised on TV and there is a very open and highly publicised debate on gender ideology that appears to get too much airplay and is seen as extremely strange to many people.
I guess that mixed in with a fear of mass immigration is a pretty good stick to beat liberal values with.
I’d like to say I’m only guessing. Those aren’t my views being quite liberal myself.

Same rules apply I guess. Baffling to me and thee but of course which is why we can only presume it's because these people are a combination of misogynistic, xenophobic and racist, and generally not too bright.
