Shilen  coming from Florida should we be adopting their local team?

In short, I don't think so, although if you don't already have a team, it's as good a reason as anything else.

The Jacksonville Jaguars have been a basketcase for a long while, although they do have a good QB now, and are fringe playoff contenders.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which would be his local team, are stuck in the limbo of being an average team.

Miami Dolphins are very good at the moment, but probably not quite good enough to win the SB unless things go right for them.

If you're looking for people who choose their team based upon their likelihood of success I think you're looking on the wrong board mate.

Was just giving a quick overview of their current plights. The NFL is very cyclical, and teams go through good and bad phases pretty often.
