I know I'm my own worst enemy when it comes to wanting to walk immediately after an injury, but the best thing is rest.
I've picked up a number of injuries from walking including a hamstring injury.
As I didn't want to rest up after a hamstring injury, I bought one of these supports and it worked a treat and I was able to continue to go out walking long distances.
