Been out for 3 weeks with a torn hammy, bruising was horrendous but done plenty of resting, and built up to walking without pain and then some swimming without pushing it at all as didn't want to risk re-injuring it. Think I feel up to trying running on it but certainly not looking to cover any serious distance, maybe a couple of K to start.
