I absolutely hate treadmill running, just me on a machine in front of a massive mirror so I can just watch myself jiggling.
Treadmill can be an absolute godsend given what you've said in your earlier post about lacking time and energy. I've currently got one on order for the garage, will certainly help out on those days where it's freezing cold or where I'm pushed for time.
