I have always thought not buying the Morrison's site was a big missed opportunity.
Building a conference centre/hotel would be my priority and then decent food facilities. There is the money in the area. As has been stated, New Square is always heaving. Even the Windmill shopping centre on Cape Hill is busy and manages to sustain (a not at all cheap) JD Sports.
As has previously been said, the location of the club is excellent, the last thing we should be thinking of is moving.
