People travel more than 15 miles to the game and to go to McArthurGlen outlets although it would kill the town and probably not get planning permission. The outlets at Cannock and Ellesmere Port aren't afluent either yet are busy places.

If we are lucky enough to get promoted ST prices will definitely go up significantly. Sadly a Star City type development next to the Hawthorns would not work in my opinion. Revenue streams? More bums on seats obviously, with much needed ground improvements, better carparking, and reliable public transport (I realise the latter is not directly controlled by the club). We could attract another 5k at least with the right tweaks. With that comes uplift in merch sales, more use of onsite facilities on non match days (party occasions, dinners, shows, concerts etc). Wishful thinking maybe. But that's how I see it.
