I'm starting to think the potential buyer is inclined and waiting for the respective companies or groups full accounts to be released onto companies house (April ish?), and for them to review, before they go through with the transaction.
I personally would, considering you can't trust the current incumbent as far as you throw them.
And would probably want Auditors Confirmation of the Management Info.
