Does anyone know if Alex Hearn's still celebrating, or was that just .com bollox?   

If he is he’s a tit, as if his £2m loan to holdings Ltd has not been repaid and he’s received 2.35% of Lai’s 88% holding, making Hearn a 2% minority share holder, with his shares worth the grand total of zilch, as the prospective buyer will only want control of the club and only needs to purchase shares off Lai.

I've no doubt he's a tit, but this loan worries me more than anything else and, with us not not being privy to the terms of the loan agreement, I've just got a nasty feeling about it.  I'm probably wrong, though.

Why?  This loan was made by Holdings Limited and not WBA Group Ltd.  

The loan was secured against 2.35% of Lai’s shares.

Correct - it doesn’t affect us in the slightest, only Lai.

I'm not privy to the loan details either but you have a behemothic specialist sports lender (MSD) vs a guy who owns 2% and drinks peroni out of the bottle.

The loan details were set out in Holdings’ audited accounts which are a matter of public record at Companies House

I think you're confusing me with someone who doesn't have a life!
