I seriously doubt that anyone outside the real inner circle of the deal knows...just vague hints here and there which can't be disproved / proved.

Or, someone / people who have signed the NDA have said to close friends “ok, I will tell you. But don’t pass this on to anyone, else I would be sacked and possibly sued for damages, if the deal doesn’t go through, due to this info getting out”
