The good news though, re FFP, is that this far greater scrutiny covers all clubs. We have good support at this level and can punch our weight fine on a level playing field. FFP should prevent any more Dingles and villa bursting out of the league with huge overspending, leaving us just the parachute clubs to deal with. Many of the latter are regularly as mismanaged as we have been. Before getting too down about the future it's worth remembering FFP should be applied across the board. I am still more concerned about the takeover than any sales or restrictions.
