On the face of it I'd suggest things haven't been managed as tightly as some would have preferred.

It does appear that one or more people who signed the NDA, haven’t been able to keep their mouth(s) shut.

How do you know that they haven’t been allowed to let out tiny snippets, but there again some cannot do anything but put a negative spin on our club.
As I’ve said before I’m really impatient but also excited by what’s happening,let’s keep with the ride and hope the announcement is soon.

The purpose of NDA’s is to create a legal agreement that prevents people from passing on information to anyone else who hasn’t signed the NDA.  If someone signs an NDA and gives out information which the NDA said they shouldn’t, then they can be sued for financial damages.

So my post wasn’t a negative spin, it was truthful. This is why posters on here have been cryptic with what info they post on here, as they know they could get someone in the shit.
