Did 3-4 sessions in the gym over the festive break but it's only when you run you realise how much extra timber you're carrying.
Took it easy on the running last year due to injuries and focused more on the gym, but planning to get going again this year. Sadly my racing days are now done, can't see myself doing a half or full marathon again, but a comfortable 10k a couple of times a week is certainly acheivable.
