Glad to see the Christmas spirit is alive and well between posters in this thread.
FYI the 23/24 accounts won't be submitted until March 2025. They will show a huge loss. Maybe not the £39 million that breaks the threshold. That said, I'm not convinced 22/23 won't show 8 figure losses. The new owners will be fully apprised of 22/23 and YTD before completing the purchase, so there will be a plan in place.
