Early Sunday mornings this time of year when you have back roads to yourself, it's great. Another +1 to running in the rain and drizzle too, great sense of satisfaction when you get it done and back in the warm. Getting out the door in the first place is 99% of the battle, running is the easy bit.
This is exactly my point, when you're out it's great but the prospect of going from inside where it's warm to outside where it isn't never appeals.
