Ok so if these rumours of Clark Hunt are true he aint the richer than rich owner that was rumored but that dosent necessarily matter, this guy obviously knows what he is doing in regards of owning and running a sporting entity. He has turned Kansas city chiefs into one of the most successful NFL franchises in the last decade or more on and of the pitch. If he can replicate some of that with us then that'll do for me.

Peace wasn't a rich man, and still isn't in footballing context, but he ran our club very well for years. Despite the understandable gripes of fans over his shares shenanigans, to the vast majority his era will be remembered for many Prem seasons and some modern legends like Gera, Brunt, Morrison, Ollson, McAuley etc.
Simply a club ran well will be better than some club who have no idea beyond throwing money about.
This guy Hunt isn't so much a rumour at the minute, more a whisper, but  a promising one.
I would hope we can have responsible owners again that know how to run a football club, as these Chinese jokers have been hideous and derailed the type of club we've been for over 20 years.

You're mainly right, but Clarkhunt is more than a whisper from what I have heard.
