Yet again, one side gains control from the other side, and duly hands it back to them through mistakes.

Awful shots from both Marnus and Smith. Enjoyed YJB giving Smith some verbal on the way out.

The trouble is when he’s missed half a dozen catches and 2 stumpings and possibly played a sizeable part in costing England the ashes, it also makes him look like he needs to concentrate more on his job and less on his gob.

But at least it’s game on again….

If his hands were as active as his gob he would be entitled to give him some.

I’m surprised smith didn’t respond to him along the lines of “I should have hit it to you Jonny, I’d still be in”

That would crease him up.
