If there's doubt refer it to the umpires.
That's what I'm saying. When it's referred and the umpires have to take numerous looks at the footage it's not clear and obvious therefore a decision can't be made. Same with VAR. If you take more than 30 seconds to decide, it's not clear and obvious, is it?
